Store in a cool dry place out of direct sunlight.
Directions :
Putting tapioca into boiled water with portion 1 : 8, turn the heater to medium fire and cook for 25 minutes, turn off the fire and stew for 20-25 minutes depending the size of pearls and the hardness you desire. Go through cool flowing water after cook to get rid of the sticky liquid and make them with great chewiness then store in containers or to add with fructose or other syrup to enhance flavor.
