Directions

  • Water : Grass Jelly Powder : Sugar = 12 : 1 : 1
  • Prepare 12 liters of hot water into the pot, bring the water to a boil, add 1 kg of grass jelly powder and 1 kg of sugar into the pot, and mix well.
  • Turn to medium heat and boil, then turn off the heat and scoop up the foam.
  • Pour into the container and let it cool, then place it in the freezer.
